GOT3 is a nonprofit organization that raises awareness and donates money to childhood cancer research while allowing teens to earn service hours and invest time in the community.
How does GOT3 work?
GOT3 makes our own fundraisers and attends other fundraisers. When we attend fundraisers other than our own, we ask for donations. Most of the donations we recieve go to childhood cancer research. GOT3 has volunteers or 'Treasures'. Our Treasures are teens who have signed a form to be a part of GOT3. These Treasures attend fundraisers with us and earn service hours.
What is a Treasure and why should I become one?
A Treasure is a teen who has filled out a form to be a part of GOT3. Treasures attend events with GOT3 and earn service hours. If you are a teen in Northeast Texas and want to make an impact, become a Treasure! You will earn lots of service hours, have fun, and meet new people!
How do I become a Treasure?
In order to become a Treasure, you must be a teenager (13-19). Go to our homepage and click the button that says Become a Treasure. It will download a document. Fill out this document then send it to us by email or by mail. See the adresses on our Contact page. After you have sent us your form, we will email you letting you know if you have been accepted to be a Treasure.
What is a Giver?
A Giver is someone who has donated money to GOT3.
Where are GOT3's events held?
Since GOT3's office is in Northeast Texas, most of our events and events we attend are in Northeast Texas as well. Check our News and Events page to see specifically where our upcoming events are.
What can I do if I can't attend events in Northeast Texas?
